Tyla Rodrigues Joins Wheelhouse Agency Roster

Emerging country singer-songwriter Tyla Rodrigues has been added to the Wheelhouse Agency roster as she prepares for a massive year.

Sharing the news on social media, the Wheelhouse team wrote, “It’s a dream come true to welcome @tylarodriguesmusic to the Wheelhouse roster!

“After spending late 2024 releasing her debut EP ‘Upon Reflection,’ as well as touring the country alongside US country superstar Dylan Gossett, we can’t wait to see what this year has in store for her!”

Rodrigues commented on the post, “I am SO excited to be part of the team, bring it on!!”

She joins an absolutely stacked roster of country artists, including Casey Barnes, Amy Sheppard, Andrew Farriss, Hayley Jensen, Lane Pittman, Taylor Moss, Wade Forster, Tori Forsyth, and many others.

On the biography page for Rodrigues on the Wheelhouse website, she’s described as a “remarkable new talent” and “a breath of fresh air” within the Australian country music scene.

The bio continues, “Showing incredible maturity, grace and ambition, Tyla stands away from the crowd with her soulful voice, heartfelt lyrics, and captivating stage presence.

In addition to releasing her Upon Reflection EP and supporting Dylan Gossett on tour last year, Rodrigues has become an in-demand artist at Australian music festivals, including the Groundwater Country Music Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival, and the Gympie Music Muster.

Last year, Rodrigues described her EP as “a collection of songs that tell the stories of my life over the last few years, the highest of highs and some lows too.”

The candid collection goes from the bittersweet (If Walls Could Talk) to the dark side of love (Way Out West and Straight Outlaw), to finding hope (Wish I Would), and to end the journey feeling optimistic for the future (Heart, Don’t Fail Me Now, and I Believe In Roses).
