This October, Australia’s newest country music festival will return to Sydney and Melbourne.
Ridin’ Hearts festival, which arrives thanks to the creators of CMC Rocks QLD, has confirmed that it will host its third edition later this year, today announcing the dates and venues for the 2025 events.
While the line-up and ticketing details haven’t been announced yet, punters can enter the following dates into their calendars and prepare for the line-up to drop: Saturday, 25 October, at the Sydney Showground, and Sunday, 26 October, at the Caribbean Gardens, Melbourne.
In a press release, tour promoters Frontier Touring teased that this year’s Ridin’ Hearts festival is “shaping up to be the best year yet.”
Previous editions of the festival have hosted huge names, such as Bailey Zimmerman, Riley Green, Casey Barnes, MacKenzie Porter, Sam Barber, Alana Springsteen, Tanner Adell, Bella Mackenzie, and many more.
2025 will see the return not only of music, but the food trucks, fashion, and market stalls. The festival hosts its own little highlights, such as the Sparkle Station and the Bulldust Bar (where you can try the signature Ride ‘Em Gambler cocktail), elevating your experience to the next level.
Next year, the festival will also welcome back the Ridin’ Starts Initiative, which has been designed to support local talent by opening doors, connecting artists with influential country music experts, and providing money-can’t-buy experiences. With the initiative, festival organisers seek out the best undiscovered talent in Australia.
The line-up and additional details will be announced soon.
Reviewing the 2024 event in Sydney, Countrytown’s Jake Fitzpatrick said, “Ridin’ Hearts is not just an event; it’s a heartfelt celebration that leaves attendees eagerly anticipating what’s next. If proof were needed that country music is alive and well, look no further than Ridin’ Hearts, where faces of all ages were lit up with smiles.”
