Morgan Wallen has expressed pure disinterest after a fan threw a phone at the stage at a recent show – the ideal reaction to an incident like this one.
The phone-throwing incident occurred at the Mile High Stadium in Denver (the shows took place on 27 and 28 June) during Wallen’s One Night At A Time tour, and footage was posted to social media on Monday (1 July).
Wallen reacted (or didn’t react) when the phone was thrown at the stage, hitting him in the left shoulder and landing on the stage floor. Instead of yelling and throwing it back at the punter, he continued to sing Cowgirls, and while he was singing, he picked up the phone and threw it across the stage, receiving cheers from the audience.

As Us Weekly notes, this is far from the first time Wallen – or any singer in the current live music ecosystem – has had something thrown at him while on stage.
A few weeks ago, Wallen was struck with a pair of women’s underwear to the face while performing at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
The women’s undergarment was thrown at the Last Night singer as he sang his Post Malone collab, I Had Some Help. Wallen threw the underwear back into the crowd when he took on the other side of the platform.
Back in April, Luke Bryan slipped on a fan’s phone and fell on his back after it was thrown onto the stage while he performed at the Coast City Country Festival.
In response to the phone throw and his fall, Bryan laughed it off and said, “Did anybody get that?”
Before showing his audience a recap of the fall, Bryan turned to the fan who caused the incident, throwing them their phone and telling them, “It’s okay”.
He didn’t let them off too quickly, though, jokingly saying, “My lawyer will be calling.”
