Ally Row - This Time
Have you been waiting for the Australian accompaniment to Zach Bryan and Kacey Musgraves’ I Remember Everything? Ally Row have you covered with their stunning new track, This Time.
Featuring finger-picked acoustic guitar playing, heartfelt harmonised and solo vocal performances, banjo melodies, and harmonica, the Gunaikurnai/Gippsland-based alt-country duo showcase what makes their music so memorable on their acoustic duet.
Adopting similarities to Bob Dylan and James Taylor classics, Ally Row take listeners straight to a campfire in a quiet forest, listening to friends and being part of nature while singing a song set to become a modern Australian country music classic.
Piper Butcher - Through The Night
Newcastle-based singer-songwriter Piper Butcher instils warmth and relatability in her summery new acoustic tune, Through The Night.
A song with a wistful mood that develops into a calming atmosphere, Butcher’s sweet vocals make her sound like a quiet achiever—but quiet in the industry, she is not. With her beautiful new single, Butcher proves why she’s already won over fellow Australian artists like Kasey Chambers, The Black Sorrows, Melody Moko, and Tori Forsyth. It’s a song you’ll want to blast loud and proud.
Jeremy Turner - What You’re Not Looking For
Showing that he’s anything but predictable, Jeremy Turner embraces crooning balladry on his latest single, What You’re Not Looking For.
Led by Turner’s impressive vocal range and acoustic guitar, the song is layered with electric instruments and the singer’s exploration of unexpected love and serendipitous gifts. He co-wrote the song with Nashville-based Australian hitmaker, Phil Barton, and Brian White.
With What You’re Not Looking For, Turner highlights his softer side with relatable storytelling that resonates on a universal level, but with a uniquely Australian twist: the music video features a tradie falling in love with the farmer’s daughter.
